Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Castcold website or purchasing our products. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

“Company” refers to Castcold LTD, registered at 35 High Street, Canterbury CT1 2RY, UK. “Customer” means any individual or entity using the site or purchasing products. “Product” refers to the Castcold smart thermostat and any accessories sold by the Company.

2. Use of the Website

The content is for general information and advertising. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without our prior written consent. You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., hacking, scraping) and to provide accurate information when using our forms.

3. Product Orders

All orders are subject to availability. The price displayed at the time of order is the final price, inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, for example, in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed during checkout. All transactions are processed in Pound Sterling (£). Payment details are encrypted and handled by our payment provider.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect the package upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

6. Cancellation and Refund

Our refund policy is detailed in the separate Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In summary, you have 30 days from delivery to cancel your order and return the product for a full refund, provided it remains in its original condition.

7. Warranty

Castcold offers a 2-year limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Please see the Refund Policy for full warranty terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content on this site are the property of Castcold LTD or its licensors. No license or right is granted except as necessary for personal use of the site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castcold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
